Stock Availability: We hold stocks of popular items as do our suppliers. However from time to time equipment can be out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you and offer an alternative.
Delivery: Delivery is not included in the purchase price. There are two (2) options for delivery. We can arrange delivery on your behalf. We have arrangements with many transport companies and ensure that you get the best possible price or you can arrange collection of the goods from our warehouse.
Payment: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. For purchases all payments must be received upon placement of order. For RENTALS a signed RENTAL agreement must be signed & a security bond must be paid prior to delivery.
Installation: Installation is not included in the sale/rental price. Upon request we can recommend service agents for installation.
Insurance: Insurance is not included in the purchase price. We suggest the the client arrange insurance with their insurance company or Transport company directly.
Warranty: All new goods carry a manufacturers warranty. There are two types of warranty. One being back to base, this usually covers benchtop equipment. The other is on site warranty, this usually covers larger items that cannot be returned to the suppliers nominated repairer easily. All goods normally have the warranty terms and conditions supplied.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received prior to dispatch. If the goods have been dispatched a re-stocking fee of up to 25% and any delivery costs incurred by ERS Catering Equipment may apply. Special orders may not be cancelled.
Damaged Goods: If any goods received damaged or faulty in any way, ERS Catering Equipment should be contacted immediately by phoning 1300 373 177.
Returns: Returning equipment will not be accepted unless agreed upon by ERS Catering Equipment.
